Designer 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a beautiful gated community, with attached 57' air- conditioned garage for your toys. It has a private backyard with 8-person SPA, large natural gas Weber grill, and a firepit table (propane). The large granite and stainless steel chef's kitchen has a gas stove and griddle and a huge island, open to dining and living spaces, perfect for gathering. The MASTER bedroom suite has an electronic bed with a variety of massage settings so you can sit yourself up comfortably to read or watch TV. The MASTER bath has a large double vanity, stone walk-in shower, separate private toilet and huge walk-in closet. The GUEST bedroom has an electronic queen bed also, and the GUEST bath has a tub/shower combo. The THIRD bedroom has a twin bed and desk. All showers have hand sprayers with a variety of settings and include soap, shampoo/ conditioner and freshly laundered robes. There are 4 TV's with NETFLIX and PRIME. And there are many Alexas throughout the house so you can enjoy music anywhere or everywhere at once. The air conditioning system is exceptional and keeps the entire house at the temp you choose. There are also remote controlled ceiling fans throughout the house. Free wi-fi. Indoor laundry room with washer/dryer (laundry soap provided).
